PIONEERS FALL ON HOMECOMING
PARAGOULD, AR - In a game that saw four lead changes, the score tied four times, and Arkansas Baptist with a 15-point halftime lead, it came down to free throws at the end to decide the game.
Crowley's Ridge chipped away at a nine-point Buffaloes halftime lead to eventually lead by as much as six points in the second half. Three late baskets and four clutch free throws by Arkansas Baptist sealed the win over CRC.
Zak Brown led the Pioneers with 19 points and Braxton Cousins added 14 points and 10 rebounds for CRC on the day. Arthur Johnson put up 11 points off the bench on the afternoon.
