PIONEERS TAKE ROAD CONFERENCE WIN

Crowley's Ridge College Men's Basketball entered into their second and final conference contest in Florida yesterday evening. The Pioneers were looking to bounce back against Florida National after a defeat the night before against number 20 ranked in the NAIA, Florida College. The Pioneers would jump out ahead taking a lead into the half with a score of 40-28 in favor of CRC. The Pioneer attack kept pace and went on to claim the conference win with a final score of 87-73.

TAMPA, FL - Ardell Thompson scored a career-high 21 points to lead the Pioneers of Crowley's Ridge College to an 87-73 conference win over Florida National University.

BJ Johnson added 20 points and nine rebounds as CRC evens their conference record to 3-3 on the season.

CRC's twin connection of Bo and Ke Roberson scored 15 points each on the night.
