Bio

Pioneer Athletics excitedly announces the hiring of Heber Springs, Arkansas native, Spencer Adcock, as Crowley's Ridge College's ninth head baseball coach.

Before joining CRC, Adcock served as the inaugural head baseball coach at Arkansas State University–Mountain Home (ASUMH), where he was instrumental in launching the TrailBlazers program. With Adcock at the helm, the TrailBlazers hit the ground running, quickly making a name for themselves, rising in the polls, earning a national ranking of No. 20 in the National Junior College Athletic Assocoation (NJCAA) Division II poll, and establishing three consecutive winning seasons—an outstanding achievement for a brand-new program. From recruiting and staffing to building culture and competitive identity, Adcock laid the foundation for long-term success.

Adcock's collegiate career also extends into roles at the NAIA and NCAA levels, with Adcock coaching at Arkansas Baptist College, where he advanced his way up to become the skipper of the Buffaloes, along with serving as a student assistant at Arkansas Tech University.

In addition to coaching, Adcock founded Elevation Sports Performance in Fayetteville, Arkansas, focusing on athlete development and performance training.

Adcock is a coach who leads with conviction; someone who is grounded in faith, guided by purpose, and fueled by a desire to impact lives far beyond the field. He believes that coaching is about shaping young men into leaders, both athletically and spiritually. His approach reflects a strong commitment to integrity, discipline, and servant leadership.

A devoted family man, Adcock and his wife, Kelsey, are proud parents to their daughter, Adelaide. Together, they view this new chapter at CRC not only as a professional opportunity but as a calling to serve, mentor, and invest in a community they're excited to call home.

"I'm excited to join the Crowley's Ridge College family and look forward to developing a program that emphasizes both athletic and academic excellence," said Adcock. "Together, we'll work towards achieving great success on and off the field."
