Paragould, Ark.- Pioneer Baseball picked up a mid-week game against highway 412 opponent, Williams Baptist University earlier this afternoon. CRC stayed in the ball game until a never-ending 4th inning saw the Eagles take flight and soar their way to a blowout victory over CRC. The Pioneers went scoreless in the first two innings as WBU pushed three across to take the lead and start their 19-hit performance. Andrew Brown took to the molehill and slung 3.2 innings before exiting the game after giving up 7 runs. CRC's bullpen struggled to get a third out in the fourth and witnessed WBU push across 13 more runs before it was said and done. CRC would remain scoreless until the bottom of the 7th as Kade Lindgren and Adonis Thomas each singled to drive in one run each. CRC falls to the Eagles of WBU 22-2.
