Juniors Cross and Saxton Named to AMC Volleyball All-Tournament Team

Juniors Cross and Saxton Named to AMC Volleyball All-Tournament Team- Wil Teague, Sports Information Director, 11/18/25

Paragould, AR - Pioneer juniors Amiyah Saxton and Brooklyn Cross earned a final award for their efforts on the court during the 2025-26 season, as the duo was named to the AMC-All Tournament Volleyball Team earlier today. The Pioneers entered the AMC tournament with the #3 seed and played two contests before being eliminated in the semifinals against #2 Stephens College. In the team's two contests, Cross and Saxton resumed their regular roles for the Pioneers, with both ladies providing powerful presences on the net, offensively and defensively. In CRC's tournament run, Cross led the team with 23 kills and 7 total blocks, and was followed by Saxton, who totaled 18 kills and 9 total blocks 

The All-Tournament Team consists of 15 players, decided by the 8 qualifying head coaches. Congrats to Amiyah and Brooklyn! #GOPIONEERS
